You can delete your Curling Master account and all data associated with it at any time, without having to contact anyone. This page explains how, and exactly what happens.
In the app (recommended)
This is the fastest route: deletion happens immediately, with no waiting and no middleman.
Open Curling Master and sign in to your account.
On the main menu, tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap “Delete account”.
Read the warning and confirm. That's it — your account is deleted immediately and the game returns to the login screen.
By email (if you have already uninstalled the game)
If the game is no longer on your device, write to us and we will handle it:
Send the message from the email registered on the account — that is how we confirm the request is yours. We reply within 30 days, usually within a few business days. We never ask for your password, ID document or any payment details: if you receive such a request in our name, ignore it.
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes from our servers:
your account and sign-in email;
your profile: display name, picture, flag and friend code;
your coin wallet and its entire transaction history;
your ranking, global and weekly — you disappear from the public list;
your daily check-in and task progress;
your friendships and the invites you sent and received;
the record of your Pro access, if any;
the matches you created, along with their throws.

Online matches you joined through someone else's invite
They also belong to the other player, who is entitled to their own history. Your identity is removed from them — the record is no longer linked to you.
Other players' ranking scores
What they won or lost playing against you still stands. Nothing is recalculated.
Records the law requires us to keep
For example, tax receipts, should purchases ever exist. The game has no purchases today.
Preferences saved on your device
Stone skin, difficulty, language, audio and aim type never leave your phone. They disappear when you uninstall the app.
Deletion is permanent. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account once confirmed. Coins, ranking, progress, friendships and Pro access cannot be restored or transferred to another account. Creating a new account with the same email starts from scratch.
Just want to stop appearing in the public ranking? You do not need to delete your account: the ranking only lists players who have played random online matches. Stop playing that mode and you drop off the list — every other mode remains available. To change the name shown, simply edit it on the Profile screen.
